Where have you been??

After more than four years, it has become clear that the average internet user places little value on data protection or is easily fooled by marketing phrases such as "we only store on German servers" or "separate data storage". In my blog post "Data protection report", I tried to shed more light on the fact that this is all just marketing and represents a considerable risk for financial data and explain why genuine data protection using encryption is so crucial. Unfortunately, to no avail.

For this reason, I have decided to continue TinyWallet only as a private project.

There are still many online portfolio trackers out there, so there should be something for everyone. However, without adequate data protection ... 🤷
